There's so much I can say,

have I always been so afraid,

silent so long but now is the time to shout it out, loud.

This is my time to be,

me,

the only person I've ever

Truly been.

It's not easy to step from the shadows,

the person you thought everyone wanted

you to be.

Stand tall,

as tall as I will ever stand,

no more doubts

about the path my life should take.

Now is the time,

not tomorrow,

or next week.
