This morning I think back to the time I worked as an extra for film and television. Mostly television.

It was always a thrill to show up at the location, either studio or other location, and be a part of something even if my part in that something was small.

I miss those days. I would arrive at the studio and my name would be on a list.

You can see me in some of the things that I worked on. There were a couple of times that I was not used the entire day of shooting, I was paid despite this fact, but those times were rare.

I did not work every day but I worked. I was in school at the same time. If I lived there now I would be able to work more often.
